MENC Walk of Fame Honorees

Music Educators Honored on MENC National “Walk of Fame”

Congratulations to the following music educators that have been honored on the
Music Educators National Conference Walk of Fame recognizing their volunteer
service to North Carolina youth through the North Carolina Summer Institute of Choral Art.
These initial bricks were awarded as part of NCSICA 55th Anniversary Celebration
on June 22, 2007. A total of 25 bricks were placed at that time at MENC
Headquarters, Reston, Virginia. More bricks have been added over the years.
Number of years service are listed at the time the brick was awarded and do not
reflect the total years service as of 2012, the 60th Anniversary of NCSICA.
