In preparation for the 2010 National Board for Professional Teaching Standards - Music Area

June 14-19, 2009

 Beautiful North Carolina Mountain Climate

In-depth week long study!

"This is a little belated, but I wanted to thank you for the help I received at the National Board class the summer of 2006.  I completed my portfolio, took the assessment center and PASSED.  The information and help that I gleaned from my week in Boone made all the difference.  I whole-heartedly recommend the workshop to anyone who is even thinking about trying for NBPTS certification.  I was able to go through the process with clarity and understanding.  Thanks again. “As an older educator I was apprehensive about current teaching techniques and completing requirements for this National Board Certification. I left this workshop with new ideas and I also left feeling validated and comfortable with my teaching style. Now that I am in the process of certification I find I am light years ahead of my colleagues. Thank you!!”           Beverly, High School Choral
